Delete the original e-mail/document after registering to ContactsLaw
 
ContactsLaw presents users with the option to delete the original document file or e-mail during registration. We recommend that you do this wherever possible, in an effort to move data from your local computer or inbox to the document library. Keeping redundant local copies of documents occupies disk space, and introduces the risk of conflicting changes. The advantages of centralising documents include:
  • Easily share with other members
  • Store directly against the matter
  • Enable powerful search features
  • Enrich by adding related contacts, dates and other documents
